  The beds... Were so comfortable. The mood was calm and relaxing. Decor added to that. Loved it. Wished I had more time to spend at the hotel and use the pool etc. (was on business so quick trip)

  Price? But I think it was in the ball park for the location. I did not have time to shop around.

  The hotel was a huge disappointment I am in avaition and therefore stay in hotels a great deal to be in a hotel that boosts luxury, and is quite pricey finding painters tape in the walls, cigarette burns in the carpet of a non-smoking room, pubic hair in the shower is not acceptable.there was no avaiable parking despite asking an hour prior if it was avaiablevalt refused to call us a cab, and showed us where the street was, would not help with luggage--2 women in dresses

  Further to this, the hotel boosts an outdoor pool--quite a selling feature on a weekend with 30 degree temperatures. The quests had "claimed" lounge chairs by 0800, and there was nothing available by 1000 though people were not there amenities where that of a motel 6, the room was filthy, no extra toilet paper, mold on the shower curtain. Certainly not worth 275-400 a night! We had to park 2 blocks away, and were denied assistance with bags, as was the request to leave the bags with reception while we walked please forward this to the Sheraton, as I expect a response.

  Convenience of location. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly although some were a little tightly wound.

  A/C in room was noisy, the only reason it didn't really bother us is we are both heavy sleepers. Otherwise would have been a problem.

  The location

  It was one of my most disappointing hotel experience, and I do travel quite extensively. I booked a suite for me and my family and ended up in a standard room with a kitchen for which i had no use. The room was nothing like the one specified on the reservation and definitely not recently refurbished as advertised by the hotel. The reservation was clear about the number of guests but there was only one bed in the room. The hotel eventually arranged a spare bed to be added in the room but after some negotiation. My overall opinion is that it's an old hotel with average to poor service, surfing on the reputation of the Sheraton name.

  This hotel was the venue for the conference I was attending - a massive affair coupled with a trade exhibition. This hotel, although large enough to cater for multiple conferences, was able to provide good personal services as expected from a (fully booked) four star hotel. The lobby is a cross between a regular hotel lobby and a busy meeting place with lots of seating for wifi users. Only complaint is the long waits for attention at the reservation desks. This was the same when I stayed four years ago. The preferred guest status includes access to the 43rd floor lounge which hosts the free breakfast and evening drinks and snacks. Location is great for shopping and a good walk to the harbourside activities and the CN Tower. I felt welcome here.

  The staff was very accomidating. When they realized I was travelling with a child, they switched my room because the original room was a little close to the elevator. They wanted to ensure my child had a good nights sleep.

  Clean, comfortable & well situated. We used it as a place to stay to visit our son who resides a few blocks away from the Sheraton in Toronto.

  The only good thing was the lobby and the location, other than that it's waste of money. It had a very old interior , I felt that It was the Eighties.

  Bad Smell in the room and the bathroom. Not worth the Star rating. Old furniture. Waste of money

  The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us above and beyond our expectations. The room (we opted for a suite) was spectacular. The facilities and club lounge were top notch.

  The hotel permits dogs and I needed this as I was driving in from another city for a specialist's appt. for my dog.
